Blaze Builders is a full service general contracting firm that specializes in Residential luxury home builds and renovations.
We've taken on and completed projects for commercial office spaces, retail build-outs, all the way to Ultra luxury custom single family homes. We are extremely versatile in our scopes.
We cater to South Florida, generally in Boca Raton, Del Ray, Deerfield, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Parkland & Lighthouse Point.
Blaze was founded by Britton Birkner. It's a family name that takes the first letter of each of his family members (BLAZ) + Equestrian at the end. Britt's family has had a long history with horses, which is why you find a horse-head in our logo.
Britt was born into the business. He is a third generation GC following his Father and his grandfather before him.
I, Jason, was born into real estate to a different degree back in NY. My general focus was in acquisitions, management & construction within the family company & portfolio. We've worked on large high-rise projects all the way to bathroom renovations. I moved down to FL a few years ago as I was tasked to build my in-laws house with the builder they hired, acting as an owner's rep. Britt was one of the subs on the job. From there we built a rapport working together on the project and decided to work together as we saw massive potential.
